- As our family has taken the plunge to move to Shanghai, China as of the end of August 2008, our hope is to find "life to the full" here in a place that might not initially seem to be where that's easily found. Shanghai is an amazing place, but it's hard to say it's a "full" place since our families and most friends aren't here, we face a new language and culture, and there are many complicated challenges along the way to getting anything done - even staying here, itself.We believe, though, that "life to the full" may be found as we let Jesus lead us, focus on building up one another in our family relationships, engage in life-giving fun activities, and turn outward in consideration of others' needs. We hope you'll enjoy our blog!

Damien looks like you all are doing fantastic over there! Love the idea of urban camping, how fun. Your boys are adorable!
James is quiet morose you will not be on the camping trip. Apparently you 'got' his humor? I don't know something like that anyway.;-) Take care!
